Subscriber details and timeline

Without a view into the history of interactions for individual subscribers, it’s not possible to segment customer engagement and analyze customer value to then inform the process of work prioritization.

Users should have a more detailed view of subscriber actions that can surface all data at the domain level and for any particular subscriber.

This work will build upon the subscriber information available today: email, status, notification channels, and subscribed categories.

Subscriber timeline

The subscriber detail view and timeline will show notifications (sent, opened, clicked), feedback, votes, and subscription interactions (created, confirmed, unsubscribed).
