The author of an announcement can manage the excerpt email notification feature in the admin portal >> email settings.
We have received feedback that having the ability to update the excerpt feature in the announcement workflow would make using this feature more accessible and more convenient.
A toggle to turn excerpt on/off will be added to the announcement workflow at the "choose customer channels" stage.
