Announcements, Feedback Forms, and Email Improvements

You can now embed Vidyard videos directly into Announcements with the same ease as Loom videos, expanding your options for visual product updates. We've also added customizable feedback confirmation messages and a Table of Contents in email notifications to improve the user experience.

Subscriber Import Enhancements & Vidyard Integration

We’ve resolved an issue that prevented subscriber list imports from completing—uploads via CSV or manual entry now process smoothly, with the entire import flow rebuilt for reliability and speed. Coming soon: Vidyard Integration! In addition to Loom, you’ll soon be able to embed Vidyard videos directly into your Announcements, with unified video support and inline, click-to-play previews in the hero section of an Announcement.
